Kalonji is name for stuffed vegetables specially West Part of India. Kalonji masala is a roasted spice powder that can be mixed with some other spices or can be used as it is to fill in various vegetables like okra[bhindi], bitter gourd[karela] , pointed gourd[parwal],egg-plants[baingan], potato[aloo] etc. This masala can also be sprinkled over while cooking chopped okra. Pumpkin or potato. It can be added to Vegetables dishes, which are served with Rotis and Rice. Store it in a dry, airtight container away from direct sunlight. Keep the jar well-lidded so that the aroma is locked in. This can be kept at room temperature nearly 6 months
